Description: Deep blue silk like flowers with contrasting purple stars and pink eyes, vigorous climber. Sowing Instructions: Sow in to a 150 cell plug tray or similar size unit or for even better results sow direct into the final pot as Morning Glory does not like root disturbance. Sow from February to May. Use 3 or 4 seeds in a 1litre pot or 5 or 6 seeds in a 2 litre pot and germinate at 15 to 20c. Germination should take approximately 7 days. Growing Instructions: Grow on at 15c and plants should be of a saleable size approximately 8 weeks from sowing. They are climbers so they will need staking. The seed could also be sown direct into ornamental pots or containers for a higher value product. Caution: harmful if eaten |
