Description: Mixture of delicate double flowers in an extensive colour range from white through to scarlet and blue. Sowing Instructions: Sow in January on to the surface of a moist seed sowing compost in a 576 cell plug tray or slightly larger unit if preferred. Multi sow 3or 4 seeds per cell for the best results. Do not cover the seed and propagate at 15 to 18c germination should take place after approximately 7 days. It is also possible to make September sowings for sales the following spring. Growing Instructions: After germination grow on the January sowings at 10c until they are established and pot on into 9cm pots, 6 packs or put 3 plugs in a 11cm or 1 litre pot for sale from April onwards. Grow as cool as possible and use the growth regulator B nine to achieve good quality compact plants. Treat September sowings in the same way but over winter these in a well ventilated unheated glasshouse, tunnel or cold frame for sale the following spring. Caution: harmful if eaten |
