Description: Attractive bright yellow pom pom flowers complimented by pale green foliage, which releases an apple fragrance when brushed against. Sowing Instructions: For best results multi sow cephalophora 3 to 4 seeds per cell 576 plug tray or slightly larger unit. Sow on to the surface of a free draining moist seed sowings compost and cover with 3-4mm of vermculite. Propagate at 15 to 18 c. Germination should take place in 2 to 3 weeks. Maintain a temperature of 15c after germination until the seedlings are established. Growing Instructions: When the seedling are established transfer the plugs into a 9 cm pot or three plugs to an 12cm 1 litre pot this should result in quality plants with a good display of flowers for sales from May onwards. Later sowing can be made in late March and April, which will flower in late June or July and are ideal for 1 pot sales. |
